The Cliff’s Notes on Our Exodus

Filed under: Uncategorized — faithstorieskfsi @ 5:10 am

We have received many e-mails with prayers for us or for the scoop on what has happened to both of us.  We have been so honest with everyone and we will continue to do so.  Cutting to the chase and getting right to the bottom line.  The bottom line was always money (especially the new weight of taking us both on) and we both began to understand that.  We always heard that almost monthly or weekly; “If the money doesn’t come in this venture might come to an end.”  Well, the Lord was able to provide the quota put on me each month since late May to get new sponsors, and maintain “the older” sponsors, but the demand was too much.  The Lord helped me raise enough money to cover our paychecks alone with still some money left over, but it wasn’t enough.   Both of us went above and beyond what was expected, but it again wasn’t enough.  Plus, we rubbed them the wrong way with the churches we are going to.  Being 100% honest.

So with all that said we are so thankful that the Lord gave us this opportunity!  Faith-Stores.com touched many lives and it Saved mine.  Those stories were priceless to glorify His Kingdom.  This is what we are most sad about.  We don’t care that we got let go from KFSI!!  We feel the worst because the Internet ministry is over.  The lives the Lord helped us touch locally, they reach across this great nation and the international community, will never be seen again.  We had hits coming in from Canada, Spain, Japan, France, Germany, China, Africa, Italy, Mexico, Australia, etc…53 stories gone, over 55,000 views of our stories, not counting YouTube and Cross.TV.  We are praying that we may be able to start it over from scratch, and it may!

As we look for new work we know the Lord has closed this door and has a bigger one wide open for us.  I want all of you to know once again we have total peace in hearts and we give thanks to Him for that!  Ourselves and others will continue to pray for peace at KFSI.  Thanks to all of them for the opportunity and the friendships!  We will miss you.

I was given this scripture the other day after our testimony at church on Sunday and it was the same from Pastor Kuno on the day of our release on Thursday….

Jeremiah 29:11

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

Peace…

Ken
